Ranjana – The Heartbeat of WeCan ❤️

Meet Ranjana—the powerhouse, the cheerleader, and the heart of WeCan. As a Certified International Behavior Therapist with 15+ years of experience, she doesn’t just do her job; she lives it. Seeing kids walk through the doors each morning? That’s her fuel, her purpose, and her daily reminder of why she does what she does.

A mentor, advocate, and all-around champion for neurodivergent individuals, Ranjana lifts up not just children but families, educators, and her incredible team. Along the way, she’s grown too—both as a professional and as a fierce parent advocate.

When she’s not at WeCan, you’ll find her balancing two great loves: fitness and food. (Because why choose when you can have both?) Her energy, warmth, and passion are infectious, making her a true inspiration to everyone around her.

For Ranjana, every little win—every first word, every step forward, every proud grin—is proof that yes, we can!
